I spoke with the front desk around 6 times, and it seemed beyond their control, as they claimed there were issues with the internet provider. You're supposed to be able to upgrade to this, but I was never given the option. I stayed here with the intention of working, which I need normal high speed internet for. I received very little good sleep here which was extremely frustrating. I had upstairs guests that woke up at 3 each morning and their footsteps woke me up each time. you can hear every movement and sound through the walls and the ceiling. Adequate fitness center with enough equipment to get a good workout Nearby restaurants and central location/easy to get around Metro Overall I'd rate it 3/5 stars and would likely not stay here again. I spent over 2 weeks staying here, so think I am qualified to give a fair and unbiased reviews.
